Me and Cliff did a site survey today, got a few ideas down. Just waiting to hear back what the total head count is, but that's just to see how to scale things.

Getting back on the grounds got me excited

Unfortunately, like last year, we have to leave either right when the event ends or earlier since we have to attend a family event. .wish we didn't have to though!
Awww.. too bad y'all have to bounce a bit early. I actually did that 2 years ago, but came back later to find most of the org crew chillin'.

Kyle (de_engineered) and I haven't finalized our schedules w/ report-in times & whatnot, but I'm planning to ask some from our crew to help set up the lunch service items & food prep tables. So yes, you can pitch in with that. My guess is Kyle will also have some of his people to ready the grills and food prep tables.

Put you in Tim's Check-In crew. We'll see if Ray vetoes that and drafts you to Tshirt & Hoody Distro.

Don't forget to post a reply here. As ya mentioned the other nite, each team leader will designate a post to update his roster and any other info in the description blurb, if necessary. That way the OP stays up-to-date as well.

I went ahead and put Steve D with check-in. He's down to help w/ shirt & hoody distro if you'd prefer him there.

I called in a favor from The Don of The Wagon Mafia (aka sybir) to help any team leaders who may need some extra room in their PM inbox due to the flood of PM'ing over the next few weeks.

FYI: VIP Members enjoy the privilege of a 150 PM limit. Hmmmm... that reminds me, I need to do another round of deleting old PM's.

for a ton of open volunteer positions!

Especially the teams for Grill Cooks, Lunch Service, and Clean-up (this last one will have a team leader in the next day or two)

And in case all you potentials out there missed this following tidbit in the main thread, the volunteer crew will be able to purchase the limited edition charcoal grey volunteer shirt!

Not sure what the required approval process for choosing team leaders entails but for a blue shirt, I may sell my soul, but Garbage management may prove more useful
