Because many brought their own picnic lunch, I'm not sure how many people relied on us to feed 'em.

But I was amazed at how quickly the grill cooks & lunch service teams got them thru the line. Kyle & I had a goal of about 2 hours to get peeps thru. The two teams killed it. Y'all crushed the estimated time by more than half. Beginning with the "pre-boarding" group of vendors, carshow peeps & volunteers at 11:30, we had no one to feed by 12:30.

Mucho props to y'all.

Thank you everyone for all the help in all areas of the event!

Event Check-In Crew, huge thanks for stepping up! I really don't think we had much of a long line at any point that required people to wait more than a couple of minutes to get up to the front and checked in so they could go enjoy the rest of their respective days.

Why weren't some of us volunteers told earlier about the Volunteer photo sesh or the after bam Qing?

Can it be BAM2015 already? I want to do another event and get down on the grill.

The photo happened at the end of the raffle after everybody left in mass. I don't think we did one last year. As far as the Qing, that's why most volunteers and the organizers stick around for so long after everyone is leaving.

Yeah, I looked it up later that nite, John, but didn't post right away.

How could it slip your mind? Doesn't the "GG" in your handle also happen to stand for "Gary Gnu?" LOL
