Even World Rally drivers get tickets and fines in their WRC cars! They were caught by roadside cameras between stages.

yeah, i read about that on WRC.com. screw those english cops, and freakin' gatso cameras. they're RALLY DRIVERS! a couple of them even lost their licenses,and will have to have their co-drivers drive on the public roads between special stages.
