Biggest Speeding Ticket Ever?

Last night coming home from Boston at about 2:30, I was pulled over after blazing through the Callahan Tunnel by a Statey. He said 85 in a 35!! I dunno, I was just loving the way my exhaust sounded in the tunnel at WOT. Anyway, after a bit of a lecture this bastard comes back with a ticket for..get this..$1110!!! I have never ever heard of someone getting such a large ticket!! This is INSANE! Can anyone beat that?..lets hear it!

Lucky you didn't go to jail. If you try to fight it, the judge could toss you in.
I got one for 110 in a 55 once. $500, I thought that was bad.

Well, you could be going 30+ over in a 65MPH Construction zone and pay a $880 ticket in Jersey. You'd probally loose your liscense if the officer added enough offenses on top of the ticket.

I think if we're going that fast, the cops sould leave us alone. Its dangerous to chase us at those speeds.

Never mind the ticket, that's at least 4 points on your insurance. (2 for the speeding, 2 more for over a certain limit).

Think about THAT for the next 6 years while you try and remain clean.
