He is. It's a huge mess. I'm going to to talk to him about trying in California instead of Oklahoma.
Basically he was out here in california and the army was giving him the run around (mostly his lazy *** recruiter). So he requested a transfer so he could deploy with his old unit (out of OK) and got it. So he moved out to OK about 3 weeks before they deployed... if that. Then went to miss. for training for a few weeks and then out to Kuwait... etc etc etc.
Seems to me that when you're working for the government it shouldn't matter what state you're in.
He put away as much money as he could while he was away but it only lasts so long.

Look up edwin ramos...committed a felony (can't remember what) but wasn't deported, and then killed a dad and his son a few years ago and just got sentenced to life in prison here in the US

amen brotha!!! i did 4 years and have done nothing but fight these ****ers for the last year. they rated me at $1200/month and every dollar i made elsewhere and claimed, they deducted from that $1200 so essentially i was stuck at trying to live within that amount as a grown *** man with a lot of bills! so i started not claiming everything so i could try and survive and now im fighting them on an overpayment claim that they are saying i owe them $1100 plus a 30% penalty fee!!!! im literally on hold for the last 20 minutes after calling a dozen times just to try and talk to somebody about this bull****! how is that the good guys that dedicate years to this country get screwed but some chump in oakland is balling off this **** with no issues?!?!?!?

How is it that my brother in law does 8 years in the military with 2 deployments and he doesn't qualify for unemployment.
But someone that comes to this country illegally, never pays taxes and generally makes no effort to contribute can get all the money and help they need. Or some douche can pump out 15 kids and hand them over to their mom and the mom can get $1500 a kid a month while the mom is still raising them living high off the hog.
