Unemployment bites

Grrr...lost my job Tuesday - Workforce reduction. My dept company wide is 250, they reduced 40 of us. I have the lowest seniority for engineers so out I go

Anyways, hope everyone else is doing well.

Just thought I'd share because all I do now is sit in front of the computer and wait for email or a phone call.....

Yeah, I got dropped due to budget cuts from The Computer History Museum roughly 9 months ago. It really sucked sending out my resume to everything possible, then just sitting around waiting for a call or an email to pop up. The company I'm at is a big ol bag of gay. Good luck on the job hunt man!

I was unemployed for a year. I just barely started working at April. It sucked I had to part-out my entire car because my saving was running low.

Good luck finding a new job.

It's a growing epidemic. It will only get worse, not better.

Isn't it expensive capping drinks with robotic arms? Wouldn't it be cheaper just to keep using the plastic lids?
