And frankly im glad... ronaldo, cafu, emerson wont be back next cup.. Sorta bent that we didnt get to see more of the great players sitting on the bench...

and im bent about the england loss as well

I didn't see the Brazil v France match but the England v Portugal game pretty much summed up our effort through out the World Cup, too little too late. I though England started to play pretty well once the chips were down, wonder how things would have been if they had played like that from the start of the match.

I thought Hargreaves had a great game, Crouch showed good touches and control to hold up what he could on his own. The defence was fairly sound through out but our biggest letdown must be the midfield guys such as Lampard, Gerard and dare I say it Beckham. Why Lennon did not figure more in the side is beyond me.

I have a drunk dialed VM from one of my best mates back in the UK that I played football with that pretty much somes up the game and the thoughts of people in England, If I get the chance I'll save it and post if for nothing else it will make you all laugh, funny the things poeple say after watching there team loose and then getting themselves drunk off there ***.

well the two teams i was cheering for yesterday won. so i am happy. but boy did england get screwed. sorry guys.

going to "the steps of rome" on july 4th to watch the game with oll the ilalians. can't wait. but i'm sure germany is going to be tough.

i'm hoping the finals are france vs italy.

because my father in law is pure italian and i'm (mostly) french.
