Yeah, no kidding. And the other person is trying to say it was my son's fault, not hers. Even the cop at the scene said it was her fault, but since no injuries, no report. So now I get to deal with all the insurance company BS.

did you get the cops name? would help alot with the insurance process i think, even without a report. At least the woman would think twice before telling the insurance company it wasn't her fault.

Contact the Department that responded and see if they can give you the name of the Officer that responded to your incident. Most times they will tell you.

I know what you mean, we do that all the time on the Ambulance. We only call it in if there's injuries other words we don't say anything to prevent doing the paperwork! Hahaha
