We had a guy in our group run an 18.03 or something like that. Might have been 18.30 and that was with 70% of our group not knowing WTF they were doing. haaa. I had no problems keeping up with him when there wasn't people in my way.

just checked our times. He ran an 18.283. I ran an 18.954 stuck behind a guy whose best time was 19.339. I'd bet a $100 I could have run faster than the 18.283 because I think marcus could run under 18 without guys in his way. So much stinking fun. I wish I was close enough to one of those places that getting a membership would be worth it.

Strangely enough Marcus knows a guy from SoCal that's getting into time attack in an STI. He went and ran laps with him at fontana.

I think it'd be cool to set up a fatty meet there. Do like 3 25 lap heats on each track and get the top like 12-15 guys. Then join the tracks. Run 2 25 lappers and narrow it down to like 8 guys then run a 30 lapper with the top 8.

Be cool as hell. I'm sure we've got the right guys to knock those records down... haa. Not saying I can cause I know a lot of folks that I think are better than I am. Haaa.
