What about the tax stuff?

Yes, what he did is technically illegal. Just like installing a downpipe on your car is illegal, or installing TGV deletes, or a FMIC, or an intake, or any number of very common modifications that people do to their cars. Hell, I am sure everyone here follows the speed limit at all times too right?

The point is, people don't always follow the law exactly, most of the time it doesn't really make any difference, but that doesn't mean it is okay for someone to pull **** like what Louis did.

So what your saying is you have to be certified to work on a car? What if he pays taxes as if he was self employed? I'm sure you install parts everyday that are illegal.......

That's not what anyone's trying to get at. The point is that because the work was done illegally, you can't bring in the law to rectify the situation.

It's like calling the cops because someone stole your weed. It's not going to work.
