After some further investigation........
I've got confirmation that it is the same driver in the picture with the same car.

About the youtube video of a driver launching off from the shoulder. Poster of video replied stating his identity, replying to a now deleted post in the video comments.
And then there was the whole drama with him and STIRS a former member here (somehow all related) accused of selling stolen subaru/subaru parts.
As I've gathered, ViVa was scamming before. His account got banned as you can publicly view. Ive also had other resources deal with him (the former VivaSuBy) and said it was also a guy named Luis with same description.
A returning scammer who has made (at least) a secondary screen name on this website forum board. This very well looks like an i<3subie case of shenanigans. That is all. Officials will be contacted and decide on how this situation will proceed from here.

Sounds a lot like the crap I got from OldGuy. It's all B.S. Folks like to talk like that and throw around words like lawyer, p.d. and empty threats. Think they'll get what they want just by sounding like they're doing things they're not.
