Oh dear... it really does say that.

On topic though...

So if I'm reading this right. Anthony released the car to Luis and although it was running, it wasn't running well as it wasn't tuned for the TVG deletes.

Anthony is in San Jose... Luis is in Watsonville.

Anyone else think that that's a hell of a drive for a engine that isn't completely tuned?

Before this thread gets locked, I wanna give my 2 cents.

As a fellow engine builder, I know it's tough to let go of a car that you just had the engine built and the feeling of the engine failing later on only to be blamed on you even if it was the owner's fault.

The only thing that doesn't make sense here is that why would the guy cut off his communication to the OP all of the sudden (facebook, cellphone), when his engine he had someone built suddenly failed. If I had someone work on my car and something went wrong with it later on, believe me, that person who worked on my car would REALLY hear from me.

2 cents given,

TGV deletes shouldnt blow a motor or even do any damage. The EWG on the other hand... uhh hope he stayed out of boost, ran a spring to keep it under wastegate pressure or had the vacuum line re routed.

So we installed the motor and its running perfectly fine minus the codes the ecu is throwing for not having tgvs. Drove the car for a while after adding all the fluids and burping the system. I call him to give him the good news and send a video to him showing that it runs without issue. He asks me if he could pick up the car the next day and finish paying me the rest of the cash in a week or 2.
Then again the idleing could be unrelated (failing sensor(s))

No, I don't get it. Why the **** do you care so much about how the site is represented? Do you work for InternetBrands or something? How about you let the mods worry about that.

600HP SRT-4,
As a person who has been the lucky recipient of four improperly built motors, I was on the builders like a fly on **** when things started to go wrong. The last thing I'd do is cut off communications and and ignore texts and phone calls.

Got it?
So your best buddy homeboi there ripped off a reputable iclub member, definitely defaced himself by chopping off all communication... INCLUDING DELETION ON FB?

What is this? A relationship thread? You just cut off communication to show your displeasure?

WTF are you talking about?

Volkey was clearly being sarcastic. He has met Luis ONCE.

I swear... somewhere back about 100 useless posts ago someone said something about this thread doing exactly what it's doing.... I wonder who that genius was.
