Watch out for CaliSuby
LOL
Well let's all be honest here, how many times has someone been called out for scamming others on i-club and how many times does those people walk away from it without issue!?
I think I'm going to say they are batting 1000 here! And not saying they need to get their *** kicked or anything, I'm just saying they always seem to walk away from said issues without anything really happening to them.
In return, they come right back with a new user name and proceed for another round.

Thats why threads like this should remain visible to the general forum public, or at least put in its own sub categorized forum for user transaction reviews or scammers. I always do a screen name back ground check before I do business with any member from any forum. Saved my butt a couple times.
As for the induced karma aspect, well if that were to happen, then people wouldn't be posting details of it online... it can get really legally messy at that point.

Lets hope they are gone for good. And if they return; We will find them.
Lessons learned;
1) don't be a thieving scumbag or people will find out
2) don't sell a motor for someone else out of the country unless you want to be dragged into endless bull****
Any other scammers we need to weed out besides Cali? Does he have any family on here selling things?

I know I'm late to the party. I work with a bunch of lawyers on civil cases, small claims, and I do tons of litigation. Honestly, it's not worth filing a claim at all or any lawsuit for that matter. There was no legal binding contract and the judge would just throw your case out. In court, they call this "heresay" which does not fly in court. Your just going to lose your filing fee and waste a bunch of time. Time you could use doing other "side jobs". A lawyer would laugh at you and take your money if you tried to hire one. Even if you did win a judgment (which is less than 1 percent) then you will still have to deal with him actually paying (which most people don't) and try garnishing his wages (assuming he has a job, which I doubt). Just my two cents. Lesson learned.
