Yeah! We should start a wall of shame thread! With all the new people coming here and more people buying scoobs shady **** will begin to happen... I got to the point that I stopped waiving at scoobs because I hardly ever get a waive back! Before it was like100% sure I'd get a waive back but now I get a 'wtf' look sometimes lol

We live in a country that still uses IPv4. No one has a static IP, within a few weeks his IP would be different. That doesn't solve anything. Although he probably already has multiple accounts, at least leaving his current account alone we are able to follow along with some of his activity.

First lesson here that i've learned over the 2 decades of doing "mom and pop shop" business.
Never EVER let anyone leave the door without full payment. If you can go to home depot, restaurants, movies and pay for your products or services in full, you can afford to pay for whatever mods or parts or service you obtain from individuals. None of that bs such as oh i left my wallet at home. oh i didn't bring enough cash. If that's the case, then you can go run home to pick up your wallet, and make a second trip.
Mind boggling at the amount of ***** some people have thinking they can just go hiding thinking no one will be able to find them. I've collected on peoples debt one way or another. Legally. It can be done. Small claims court, showing up at the door, direct deposit into my bank account. Goodluck man.
