Larry Ellison in serious negotiations to buy the Memphis Grizzlies. Please buy them and move them to San Jose!

lol sorry but I found it hilarious. He did this to himself, giving away his best player and purposefully trying to tank games afterwards. The fans have every right to boo him. They pay money to see their home team give it their all and try to win, not a team trying to lose so that they can keep their first round pick. Larry Riley screwed this all up (under Lacob's watch) when he reduced the protections Chris Mullin put on the Marcus Williams trade. But regardless, how would you feel if you were a season ticket holder and your team was trying to lose on purpose?

Plus, as many of the Warriors analysts have reiterated, you don't go on after the man of the hour has spoken. Lacob wanted the attention to himself, and he got it. It's just not the attention he was hoping to receive.

Haha no need to be sorry...I too found it hilarious that they would boo him, but they went overboard with that and took away from chris mullin..that's what I found disrespectful...

Almost wish it wasn't chris mullin night because it would have been funny to see how long the crowd would have booed lacob on his own

Great piece by Bill Simmons, explaining why Warriors fans booed Lacob (esp. last 2 paragraphs that pretty much says it all).

The Warriors have fallen just about as far as a franchise can fall - Grantland

Agreed ^^

I knew the warriors org was bad, but didn't realize they've been bad even for quite a long time.

Simmons is just awesome. He even predicted that David Lee would be out of the remaining games with a mysterious injury for tanking purposes and then the Warriors announced Lee would be out for the season with a groin injury lol
