Just keep in mind Baron Davis, Stephen Jackson, Al Harrington, Monta Ellis, and David Lee are still unconfirmed.

I don't see Jackson doing this, but that's just an opinion. Might be hard to get Davis off the couch too.

As for Biedrins, I saw him at SFO a few years back and he told me he likes to go home to Latvia in the offseason. He basically flew in the day before training camp started. If that's where he is then I don't see him flying out for this. But who's going to this to see him play?

Throw in Turiaf for all I care, this game would be awesome.

^ I just think Biedrins has basically given up on basketball. Doesn't seem to want to do anything basketball related until he's required to show up.

As for some news: doesn't look like Baron Davis will be participating in the charity event.

From his twitter:

"FYI, I have no involvement in this Bay Area game I'm hearing about. I've heard my name mentioned but I am NOT involved."

Wow, there must've been some serious internet backlash since 2008 to drive him away from ever wanting anything to do with this franchise.

And I think that's totally crazy since this is the place where he got back his swagger. Don't get me wrong, he was great in NO, but the injury prone seasons he had made them look elsewhere for a reliable PG. Davis has always seemed to have a poor work ethic, and you almost never know what guy is showing up to the game that night. Sorry for the rant, I love the hell out of the guy and he can seriously ball.

...and Turn...I totally agree about Biedrins

Looks like the date has been pushed back to Saturday November 5th at 6:30pm.

Tickets are currently on sale now at Ticketmaster website. Prices range from $25-$100. Go to the basketball tab and search for "We Believe vs The Dubs" charity game.
