currently losing record at 3-8...
but it should pick up soon. their first 8 losses were to big name teams. in fact, up until sometime this week, the warriors played the toughest schedule in the nba so far.
yesterday, they won big in detroit. a place they havent won in a lot. they were like 1 for 17...
tomorrow is against cleveland. in cleveland.
throw in big injuries to their starting point guard and loosing their really big center and a day to day status of their starting shooting forward, mark jackson is scraping the wins.
fortunately, pick ups like nate robinson has been a big boost to the team.
go warriors!

are you folks doing your job to get the big 3 warriors into the all-star game?
two simple ways:
1. text last name to 69622 (MYNBA)
ELLIS
CURRY
LEE
charges may apply... blah blah blah.
2. goto "m.nba.com" and follow the links. vote for the 3 GSW players listed above.
at the end of the voting it will ask for your phone number. make one up. just make sure the area code is valid (ie 510-555-1234).
3. the third way is to make an account and blah blah blah... so use the first two methods.
#2 takes about 30 seconds.
vote once a day. less than 12 days left to vote!!!

Monta getting snubbed again.
Sure, russell westbrat is putting up similar numbers on a team with more wins....but he's doing that with KD.
Hell, Monta deserves a spot more than Dirk.....and this coming from a Mavs fanboy since their triple-J days. (and a Dirk fan since his rookie year, for that matter).

As for Ellis, he just doesn't seem to have any charisma. I, for one, like him a lot. But I can't say the same for everybody else. If you look at the Warriors forums and the Warriors fanbase in general, Curry's the one with the most charisma, and that's why everybody likes him, but doesn't like Ellis.
Look at any Warriors discussion/forum and after every game, you'll see "fans" writing paragraph after paragraph, blaming him for every game lost, and criticize him for every mistake he makes. Then after all that, it's always, "trade Monta" or "he's overpaid, get rid of him". If Curry has a bad game or makes mistakes, nobody says more than a sentence saying how he had a bad game, and then they move back to blaming Monta.
Even when he puts up fantastic numbers and the Warriors get a win, the "fans" still criticize him. He just can't win no matter what.
And back to the ASG, people like to say it's the record that counts and that's why players are chosen to be an All Star. The Clippers had a worse record than the Warriors last year, yet Blake Griffin makes it to the All Star game.

Warriors could have had a bargain with Lin.
4 Wins in a row. Check out the knicks main website if you want to have a nice poster of LIN-Sanity
38 points isn't just a lucky night.

Oh please, the Knicks were pretty close to cutting Lin too until they realized he could succeed in the pick and roll. Jeremy Lin got lucky with an opportunity and made the most of the minutes the Warriors and the Rockets could have never given him. Look, the Knicks tried to remedy their point guard issue with an ineffective Mike Bibby (as Miami learned last year, he's useless nowadays), then tried inserting rookie Iman Shumpert (experiment failed after a few games), and Baron Davis is pretty much out indefinitely (nothing new here). So, the only option left is Jeremy Lin (why not?).
Then bam, the dude goes off and secures the starting point guard spot by executing Mike d'Antoni's pick and roll plays. Mike D'Antoni now has a new favorite player to run an offense through since Steve Nash (not saying Lin = Nash, I'm not THAT Lin-sane in the brain). Fans can cry about not having Lin all they want, it just wasn't in the cards for him to succeed with Golden State no matter how much we wanted him to. I heard a rumor that after the DeAndre Jordan deal fell through, Lacob really wanted to get Lin back, but Houston took him. So, the only blame that can be placed is the fact that it was a bad off season of moves for the Dubs in an effort to sign (and overpay) a restricted DeAndre Jordan.
