I got 131.
I chose mule because that is the only animal that can't reproduce. It is created by mating a donkey and a horse.
I took the spelling approach to the fruit thing. apple is the only one that started with a vowel. Haha.

it's out of 144, then i don't feel so bad getting a 138. normal IQ tests are out of 200.
hardest question was the grid of black and white squares and they ask what the next grid would look like. that took me the longest to figure out.
top right black sqaure moves diagonally down and the bottom right black square moves up.

I can't believe the other picture questions were idiot-level. Hand is to glove as foot is to...gee, camera or shoe, I dunno. Interesting how they justify scoring up to 144, when there are really no questions hard enough to stump anyone 140+, and in fact most of the questions are only suited to verify average intelligence.

Man that dot in the middle of the shapes one... it was either the circle or the non-equal triangle that was the answer. Even though the circle was the only one that had curves, if you put the answer as the circle then the dot in the middle is irrelevant. But if you choose the non-equal triangle, the dot becomes relevant and that triangle is the only shape where the dot is not respecively equidistant from all sides and corners
To me, choosing the non-equal triangle shows a broader vision of the question and incorporates all of the given elements. The cirle (the "correct" answer) seems much simpler.

And this one:

I chose the arrow+square because its the only shape that has a protrusion coming from a discernable side.
The "correct" answer was the small circle with the arrow. But it seems to me that would be considered correct only if the exam maker has emotional issues with (geometrically speaking) similar shapes being grouped together.
It seems to me that following an overall patter, or not following it in this case, is more separating from the group than the simplest difference. The question should have been relative: "Which design does not belong in this group the most? (ok, bad English, but you get the point
)

The answer is the small circle with the arrow because of the size relationship. The other four have a large and small piece. That one has two small pieces.
The problem with this test is that there are different types of intelligence. It seems to me that this test evaluates cognitive skills (word problems and number problems) as well as spacial relationships (things which tend to be racially biased). It does not evaluate musical or artistic intelligence or anything that has to do with physical intelligence.
Anyway, I'm bored and want to go home to put on my new swaybar!! The suspense is killing me. Aaaaaaagh!
(thanks again Jason)
