Its all good, I was just confused at the confusion. I thought I was asking for the most normal thing in the world to be honest, and considering how easily the screws stripped (when using them to remove old rotors) I imagine it probably comes up a fair amount. I wish I had known ground would be fine with my timeline as I now have to pick them up in RWC without a car

For those of you guys having extended warranty problems...

If you purchased the Added Security extended warranty, it is tranferrable or refundable. You just need to get the proper form from SOA in New Jersey faxed/mailed out to you. Fill it out, send in the $35 fee and they'll take care of you. The dealerships don't refund you the $$ tho, it comes from SOA.

Don't go in there without having your act together, these people won't give you $hyt unless you sound like you know exactly WTF you're talking about. Besides, if you spent $$$$$, you should indeed know exactly what you bought.

That's funny Capitol refunded me once and sc refunded me twice. And when I called soa in past they said we had to go through our dealership fill out the forms and check would be mailed to the dealership for us to come pick up. Even when I talked to another dealership they said sc is wring in what they are doing right now. But as stated above I'm going to go through soa cus I'm done trying to get it from them this time.

Yeah in my case I called SOA to start the process of transferring the Added Security Plan, they said I had to get the form from the dealer. Did that, and the dealership dropped the ball twice. So I dealt directly with the Added Security dept of SOA, they helped get it done after I explained to them how the dealership was screwing up.

It would be a novel to write to explain it all. As all my friends on here know, I went through hell with Stevens Creek Subaru. Even Stevens Creek Subaru know the hell they put me though. I am just glad its over, just sad that it was not Stevens Creek that help make it over. I would never let them touch or breath on my new STi that I just got replaced, and I would not step foot on their property ever again.

I recommend people to read the review on yelp before doing business with these guys.

I think your review is one of the filtered ones, because I read through the whole thing for the lulz at work yesterday and didn't see anything like what you're describing.

How you make it not filter? Is this something that Stevens Creek Subaru did, or its something that Yelp is doing?

You can read it here I think.
