He was trying to sell me a used 06 WRB Sti and I pulled up in my X.
laughed my a*s off pulling away.
I wonder how well the insult the potential customer tactic works, since they tried it on me as well

Only reason I went to Stevens Creek is because they had the last manual hatch in the South Bay. Same reason why my car is gold, it was seriously the last one.

Been going to Stevens Creek ever since for service as well. Never had any problems.

And I think Ryan is a pretty cool guy. Eh runs the parts department and doesn't afraid of anything.
Ryan and the guys in the parts group are good guys. The salespeople are the turds IMO. EVERY time I go there to pick up parts they get that desperate look and start to hover. I normally walk right past them.

This is an old and long read, but a very, very good one.

I felt I had to bump this instead of creating a new thread.

Im so pissed at Stevens Creek, again... My story: A buyer from Sacramento was interested in my car so he wanted a pre purchase inspection done at a dealer. Im not to far from Stevens Creek so I figured lets try out there service dept. Well I was happy it was done before they said so, but then again they did estimate 3 hours for a simple inspection/smog (takes me 30-45mins at my shop), but when I picked it up they couldnt find my keys and I had to go around asking people for them. Then I check my bank yesterday and I got double charged, called 3 times and got no answer. They gave me an email address to forward my bank statement to but the email didnt work!

Well that stuff isnt too big of a deal but what the tech wrote was, first off they gave me the inspection sheet and not the person interested...big no no for any shop. Looking over it they said my head gasket was seaping, all my suspension should be replaced because it was aftermarket, the rear toe-arms are aftermarket, some bolts were loose, the turbo inlet hose was loose. So naturally the potential buyer turns down the car and alarmed I put it up on the rack yesterday. What did I find: Head gaskets completely DRY, rear toe arms are stock (dang, wish they were aftermarket), no bolts loose, turbo inlet hose perfectly fine. . .what a bunch of bull ****. I missed an opportunity to sell my car for this.

Still having the double charge Im calling them today again and telling them my experience, another reason why this dealer SUCKS.

Wow, the horror stories still continue? Sheesh......

I've only dealt with Ryan and Masood there, no complaints.

If you paid with credit card, you can call your bank and have them remove the 2nd charge with out a problem. Wish people would stay away from Stevens Creek, makes me sick seeing their lot every time I have to drive down Stevens Creek, and makes me sick to see their Ads on TV I just want to toss my remote at the TV.

Anyone go to Livermore? Those guys are pretty cool, they just don't have much of a WRX/STi selection.

Masood was the seller, and the manager that got in my face was indian or middle eastern. I can remember his name now. Sorry for such a long gap in replying ha

Leave me alone, and stop calling me to say sorry, I herd it enough from Jeff, Masood, and Kevin.

Your words lack actions. Just leave me alone. My blood just boils when I see your building when I drive by, my blood boils when I see your ad on TV, I just can't believe you guys treated my brand new 2011 STi like crap that I had to buy a new one from the damage you guys done to it.
They did the same to us too

You should have done that first. Not sure why you would comment on i-club about a situation at SC Service department instead of first waiting to speak to Ryan?

Service seems OK there, but that's where I bought my car and I wasn't impressed with some things they did there either.
