Are you kidding me? Well, lets do an outline:
1. Sales person flat out called my wife an "airhead"
2. Sales person lied to me and tried to sell me a modded car claiming it was stock
3. Sales people are rude and rip people off
4. Sales guys followed us around the lot and insinuated we might be stealing (what the HELL could I be stealing on a fing car lot!?)
5. Your service department rip people off
6. Your service department don't give a flying f'.
7. Your dealerships sucks.
8. I hope your dealership catches on fire and everyone inside dies
9. You're wasting your time with us... far too many bad experiences posted for YEARS to make things "good" in the community...
10. Go f' yourselves.
I HATE Stevens Creek... I hate your sales people more than I hate islamic terrorists and free-dry butt sex with a telephone pole. You guys are seriously on a lower level. Don't come here and say you guys have changed, etc... cuz you haven't, and everything you say is bull ****. Sure it wasn't someone else who was in your car during those few days? I would have noticed the smell immediately if it was anything semi-decent haha

Stevens Creek Toyota is bad as well. I know of a mechanic there who has gotten written up for not telling the customer that other things were wrong with their car to make them pay more when in fact there was nothing wrong with the customers car.
