22348(b) is: Driving in excess of 100 mph.

Its listed as an infraction which can be hidden from your insurer if you attend traffic school.

So if I go to traffic school it should be cool I got tagged at 103 in Kern Co. and it's mark Infraction but I thought over 100 is 2 points
PS does anyone know how a not guilty written declaration is to look like please help thank you

If your speed is determined by a helicopter and/or airplane, the speed is inadmissable as evidence in court. This falls under the sleed trap regulations of CVC 40801-40808.

The citing officer has to determine the speed, so if you see the chopper or plane slow down (derr) or if pulled over in a "Speed Monitored by Aircraft" zone, ask the cop how he determined your speed. If he says eye in the sky, inform him you are aware fo the speed trap laws, and he may not give the ticket, otherwise you have to say it in court.

Also, if you pass the cop while he is on the side of the road or just pulling off the shoulder, hit the hooks, the speed estimation training does not certify them in determining the speed of a vehicle approaching from the rear. (Unless they are moving at speed and then you pass em....then well you be screwed).
