I can see where it would be very irritating. The same thing happens everyday when I exit at Capitol from 101. ****ers bypass all the traffic on the right side then cut across a solid white right at the end just to beat 2mins of traffic.
Depending on my mood, I sometimes dont let people pass. Infact I kinda hope they hit my car because it would be 100% their fault and Id get paid and trade up to an STI

The bottom line here is;
IF you run a cage on the STREEt, STRAP YOURSELF in so you don't crush your head. A cage on the street is only dangerous if you are using regular belts and are likely to slam into it in an accident.
You must be running into people from LA, it's easy to tell because they exit from the far left lane, i guess b/c la has a lot of left hand exits.
