You're just so removed from the rink... I can see how it would be hard to enjoy the game when you're 200' away.

They're not on sale to the general public yet. So far it's only Sharks and Niners season ticket and SharkPak holders. Unfortunately each of those people could buy up to 12 tickets (too many IMO) so that's driving up the price righ now.

I bet some will be available to the general public later this year and the Stubhub prices will come down substantially.

The stupidest thing is though, the Sharks will make no more money than they would if they were selling out the Tank...even if all 68,000 tickets are sold....NHL keeps all profits.

Right? There are tickets on CL, for anywhere from $130-250 a ticket.

This might be career ending for Torres- Tough to come back from a season & 1/2 out due to injury. We will see.

Yeah... not sure he will rebound from the injury. If he does, it probably won't be 100%.

Are you referring to them taking the captain away from Thornton?

In fact, Thornton is a -27 in playoffs....

Joe Thornton, good friend, ****ty at holding individuals accountable. Perfect formula for not being a head figure on a team in my opinion. I woulda preferred him gone.

Sad news about Torres, he has a very bad history but plays with his whole heart every shift. Here's to hoping he gets a bunch more.

Can't trade a guy with a no trade clause and also the fact that he doesn't want to be traded. Wilson dropped hints at Thornton/Marlaeu/Boyle in the offseason that he doesn't want them here, but some of them preferred to stay.

Yeah i was more bummed to see this tbh.. the rest of the crew can duke it out for the letters and find out who the true leaders are cause after that exit there ought to be some re evaluating role wise...

Raffi could have been a huge catalyst for our team imo especially if he got to play the whole season/get better integrated, hopefully he has a speedy recovery i love seeing him go full bore out there every shift the sharks need it

There are always ways around a trade clause, expensive... but there are ways around it. Or willingness, like you said, which they obviously are not. Just another frustrating season
