why doesnt someone just try to be his friend!!! After he gives you a ticket...chop it up with him...maybe he'll see we are normal people too, and will ease up a bit, or at least the next time he sees you and you modded car....

Yeah this cat has been in Fremont writing his heart away for 6+ years, that I know of, and I do not see him stopping soon.

It's a hard case but pick your battles. You know what I mean?

He targets any car, old or new, with the smallest modifications. It does suck but he gets 60% of them and usually gets them hard!

He does have a strong rep in the courts, the force (FPD), and in the import/auto network. Strong in both hate and love. You can say his name in just about any auto community and someone will know him.


BTW I do not think you will be paying 800+ for Modified Exhaust, that I highly doubt.

i see him plenty in irvington, makes me wanna sell my catback and get an spt just to be safe...seriously.

 

for reference. I got my worst ticket ever off peralta and thornton on the fremont side. 3 cars. think it was something like 8 or 9 total violations. Was a harassment case. it worked. I sold my car shortly after. They never even submitted the ticket.

fremont/newark pd have some of the worst and best cops around. I know a few really really great ones in the area and a few real ******.

 

Question about the lighting thing. Clearing your headlights would be legal since the light reflected will be white or whatever color that light hit right? You are removing a reflector though so that might be illegal, but I don't think anyone would know..
