What's up w/ our weather, y'all? The next 2 weeks ain't looking so good. We had so much promise in early October, too! The best chance for getting our slide on was probably at last wknd's Icer Air event.
Or we could hit up the upcoming expo's & make our snow "blue *****" that much worse. 
Let's get them snow dances going, folks!

I'm so ready to go to tahoe and all that. Got a trip planned to Colorado in mid December too.

for people who want to get psyched up for snow season, the new Warren Miller Film is coming out soon (its called Playground). they have a showing near me and a couple in SF and some more around the bay area. more info:

Heavenly is gearing up for the opening of the 2007-08 ski and snowboard season scheduled for Friday, November 16. We have begun snowmaking operations on the Upper Nevada side of the mountain to give us a head start on the snow expected next week from Mother Nature. If all goes according to plan... and Mother Nature helps out... join us for Heavenly's opening day to experience Tahoe's best early-season conditions.
