Change cocoa to beers and we're in business. A drunken install day in the snow can replace the storytelling too. jk

Wow 70ft jumps...

Just started boarding last season and a 15 foot jump made me fall on my face at big bear. =(

yeah i dont do jumps, im a great boarder, as long as im on the ground...maybe some 270 hip action or bordercross tables, thats all.

Rails can lick my *****, every time i go for a little box it always sticks and i go over the bars, or its SUPER slick and i slip on my ***...i dont understand them so i dont bother.

haha my first box I made the mistake of trying to heel on it and BOOM! Flat on my ***.

Second time I just rode it out at grandma speeds but I didnt fall.

I can probably successfully take a box 60% of the time... Rail? forget about it.

Still a n00b-boarder

Sierra usually has my favorite park. I use to love hitting park. Huge tables. Rails. Even those big quarters with the wood on top. Not any more. I could still go in and hit the big stuff I just don't enjoy it anymore. I've had a couple pretty good injuries and decided I'd like to ride into my 60's and I won't be able to do that if I keep killing my knees in the park.

So now I'm a powder junky...have been forever though...I just phased the park out of my game. I spent a couple hours in one last year...once. I could still hit stuff smooth just doing the old school stuff.haaa. But I could still gap even the larger stuff. last year sucked.

so yeah...powder junky here.

Hey cliff....last year...should have ridden together. My best riding since the knee surgery. Hopefully I'll be there this year. I stuck a couple cliffs and some pretty big gaps. Even road up a 10-12 foot rock then off of it over a big gap super smooth. I was amazed.....and alone...BOOOOO. Jordon missed it.

oh....and gear I'd consider selling....

Santa Cruz Duo Venom. 2004 i think. 163
Santa Cruz GLX Limited. 2005. 166. Ridden ONLY in the powder and only a couple times. thing is DOPE if you like stiff fast boards...DOPE.
Couple set of Santa Cruz Bindings. Pretty much brand new. One still in box.
One pair Forum Devun Walsh boots. Size 11. Think they're like 3/4 years old but have only been ridden for ONE run.
One pair Vans boots. Fargo I think. Ridden for like 3 runs. Size 11. Still even smell brand new. Black. Boa 2 laces. SICK SICK boots. They just don't fit my feet right.

I hate boots. I still ride my like 5 year old burton boots with the toes hacked off the inserts..haaa.

Hey, Ray! I guess marriage has affected your memory already. haaaa We did a kwik trip last season. Me & Jeff rolled up in his wgn. You & Meg were already there. And I don't recall if Jordan got in super late that nite. Errr... looks like I got some memory haze, too. Hey, but I have an excuse... I'm the Ol' Man of the bunch.

Hucking Rocks! WooHoo!!! During those good few weeks in March, I got to hit up some good ones @Kirkwood.

I already threw my $0.02 in on when. See post#846 The resorts will depend on which week we end up doing. There are usually one of the bigger resorts included.
