Gonna be getting a season pass to northstar and can't wait. Ive been amp'd for the season since May. Who's gonna be planning day trips?

Can't wait to try out my Anthem.

FYI... Nov 3 was the first sign of snow in Tahoe last year IIRC.

I just started the count down with my little brother.

I told him 3 months....3 months til it snows and 3 months to loose 20 solid pounds. hopefully 30.

No more wagon trip.....justin doesn't drive his. Jeff's is gone. Mine might be gone. Winter is the only reason I still have it. Can't make up my mind...

Yeah, Ray. I figure a handful of resorts will have a limited # of runs open by the 2nd wknd of Dec. Oh, and I hear ya on getting ready for the season. I'll probably start incorporating some balance board stuff along w/ more shoulder & core work in October.

In re: to the "wagon" trip... we'll use the term loosely w/ Steve & li'l Jeff (aka Judd Bales) & me bringing up the rear.

I feel like an asshat cause I got a pass to Heavenly this season. I'm from CO, so the 3 free passes at the mountains back home sold me.

I'm hoping there's something to look foward to...is there any redeeming qualities about their terrain?

You can maybe check out:

http://www.bayareasnowshow.com/

Never been to that before but I mean looks pretty good if you wanna save a couple bucks.

Whose going at first sign of snow? Waiting till the Oct/Nov to throw on the snowboard rack and then its official... winter is here.

I'm new to this forum and was wondering if there was any successful i-club day trips or cabin trips in the past...
