... freakin' router issues ... I'm finally back on the super-highway after a couple days.

It's been a pretty crazy week. Two powder days at Kirkwood (last Tue&Wed); day trip to Sierra on Fri (got my roomie's snowboarding cherry popped); and back to Kirkwood for a couple more days of springtime shreddin' (Sun&Mon... they wrapped up the FreeSkiing & Snowboard BigMtn Championships a day early... Jeremy<Krinkov>, did ya get to check any of it out on Sat? Didya holler at the ladies in the Subaru tent?).

I'm looking to hit up Sierra on Fri. Any other "addicts" out there? I start classes again next Mon, so I'm trying to get a bunch riding outta the way.

Dayum!!!

Yeah, looks like the Highs have been consistently in the mid-50s for the past several days. My roomie said Village Run at N* is just nasty & slow. I may wait til next week when the High temps come down to the low-40s & upper-30s. I still have a voucher I need to use.

Last Fri @Sierra, I was pretty much done w/ West Bowl by 12:30 or so. It softened pretty quick. It was still fun smashing down Lower Main (pretty much point it w/ a third of the run to go to get back to Grandview) til last chair.

dude

i really really really really hope you don't end up going through the same thing i did.

good luck to you. the BEST thing you can do right now is NOT do ANYTHING. i ****ing mean it, wait 2-3 weeks or until its no longer sore. Then start doing VERY easy stretches and start working it out. VERY easy work outs. im talking about 5 pounds.

believe me, its best thing you can do. it may suck now, but in the long run its priceless.

p..s

i was there on monday, what rock?

yea it sucks.. I did the same thing last year to my other shoulder at sierra. on a good note, the paramedic chick was fineee and she made me feel all nice with the morphine haha.

it was the rock at the top of the grand view express lift. if you go right off the lift and strap in right there, its the first rock on the left. I hit it a bunch of times sucessfully and this time I 180ed on to it and 180'd out and slipped out.. ouch!!!! the clinic was closed too so i had to go down to the so. lake hospital :s.

I have a near new 06/07 Gnu Rider's Choice 157.5 FS. Mounted the bindings and took off the stickers, rode it for 2 runs in the pow then put it away for the day. Still looks 100% brand new, not a single scratch, you can see see where the sticker on the base was in the factory wax. Its got a white top (good news version) and a black base

If you are well versed in snowboards..this is one of the best freestyle/park boards you can buy. Gnu/Libtech are highly regarded in quality and performance in the boards they make.

Then went on a 5 week Business trip to taiwan, decided to pick up a longer board instead, 157.5 was too short for my 180lb ***, riding a Rome Anthem 161 now instead

$280, will come in a burton sleeve. I have a set of technine MFM pro bindings I can throw in as well if you want a full setup for $350.

Wow! Both are great decks! If you're looking for a solid ride & this GNU fits your style & physical stats, jump on this! I would if I wasn't such a shrimp... heh heh. I've been peeping the Anthem for a while now. I'm hoping to ****** the '51 or the '54 on my next trip up to the north side resorts. I may even take the extra detour on Fri after riding Sierra just to scoop it up.
