Has anyone gone to the sporting good store in Lafayette, called Milo? I was curious to know how the store is since they sell Never Summer boards and are the closest to me that does.

Cool, thanks for the info. I probably won't be riding during the black out dates, at least not at sierra just cause I don't want to ride when its that crowded (rather ride somewhere else) but good to know. I'll ask though when I make it up to the resort

I wouldn't go so far as to call someone an idiot. Some people have limited time off work due to other circumstances and these holiday day weekends are the only way for them to shred for an extended period of time.

but for the people that are not vertical plus and want to stand in a cold line for 50 min for are crazy! black out day are the days are thee days that they have the MOST people and I hate to dife with people that can't ride!
i also have vertical plus, but for me it's the amount of people that bug me
if u go on the backside where the actual good trails are the lines aint that bad, sierra never gets as packed at northstar. vert. plus is the way to go, or fast pass same **** fast pass just cheaper

Just saw the snow reports!!! Is it really November? Proving that I'm a Kirkwood fanboy: 60 to 66 inches in the last two days and a season total of over 10 feet!!! My season will officially start on Black Friday. I'm just torn. I love you K-wood ($479 for an unlimited pass), but the Epic Pass (629 for unlimited access to 3 mountains) is such a good deal. Damn me!!!! What to do, what to do!?!?!?!?!?
