That Bob Ross board looks awesome.
Last week I saw someone with a Skyy Vodka board with a naked chick on it. I had to compliment him on it. I wonder when there will be a PBR board.

Thanks, but no Burton for me. Plus I get to pro-form boards from my sponsor. I pretty much only ride Signals except for my Seth Huot Santa Cruz that I use for powder/backcountry.
I'm waiting for my new Signal to come, but I won't get it until summer since their mid-production on other boards.

I just have a good time fun-guying it with the board sport team. I have been riding for a while though and with some really good riders that push me.
The boards I ride are the same as the ones you would ride. Pro-forming a board is just getting boards from the manufacturer at little to no cost. Often times the boards have less or more graphics or no serial numbers though. Like this one pair of 32 boots they sent out were all mismatched colors and neither boot had matching colors. Pretty badass IMO. I just keep breaking signal boards, but they make them so light and thin, I can definitely see why they break.
I always wondered how good everyone on here is. I really wanna go hit up Tahoe with you guys sometime. Unfortunately being strapped for cash makes it hard to ride anywhere but Dodge Ridge...which sucks big time.

That's sick D.Fantom, would love to check out you and your teams riding. And it would be sick to plan out a BAIC snow trip where we could all ride together, or in my case try to catch up to you guys hahaha.
Has anyone rode a board with magnetraction? Heard it feels different than a standard board.

I want to go on an i-club snow trip and I ride pretty mellow to. I just like to have fun.
I've never ridden a magnetraction, but I hear they're good if you like carving it up. Too many crazy board shapes these days. I'm pretty old school. I like the classic shape with edges completely rounded down.
D. Fantom: Grats on being spons'd!
I don't really recall if anyone else around here is or has been, but I wouldn't doubt if OneManArmy or his li'l bro were @one point. I know they regularly raced/entered in comps @Bear back in day. And they still rip!
04Impreza: To add to what D. Fantom already mentioned about proforming, it's not limited to just sponsored riders & skiers. Employees of resorts (esp. patrollers), of board & ski shops, etc. also have the opportunity to purchase equipment at a VERY competitive price. For retailers, industry reps offer the proform incentive to help promote their products. It's really helpful for customers to get direct feedback re: gear that they'll be spending their hard-earned money on. Plus, it's much easier for sales associates to pitch stuff that they're personally rockin'. Years ago when I worked at a shop for a few months, I had just picked up my set-up a couple months before so I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the sweet hook-up!

So we should plan a Subie drive and ride to tahoe in April.
Yep, a lotta of the sickest stuff I've ever witnessed w/ my own eyes has been from skiers!
Btw, check out this vid I posted in the skier rollcall thread.

Matt, Steve & gunmtl: I'm hoping to head up on the evening of the 10th, too. We'll likely be staying @my nephew's best friend's place near Fallen Leaf Lake. I'll hit y'all up as the trip approaches. I'm sure my buddy who's coming along would be down to meet up w/ y'all in Stateline that nite. Maybe 04Impreza & his peeps will be around to share a pint or two as well. Can't wait to hit up The Wood w/ everyone though. If I don't head there 2mrw (pending the a.m. road & snow report) and stick w/ the more wind-protected & more easily-accessible Sierra, the 11th will be my 1st visit this year.
Such a shame since I love that place!
Such a shame since I love that place!Ah man that sucks. Well have fun at the Wood when you do get up there. Just hit up Chair 10. Trust me you'll enjoy it. You might do this
when you get to the top.
