was at sierra on tue...hella fun storm rolled in so everyone left and my bud and i were hittin the park doin stupid stuff cause of the pow. and then i cased a jump and felt my knee pop and went down with alot of pain. sittin at home day 2 of icing it hoping to god that its not a torn ligament. wish me luck!
i am going to northstar 15-20th, it has become my fave resort over the years, so many great parks. the one in powder bowl is so fun, all those kickers and jibs through the trees, also the stash is awesome.

I was at N* last sunday and it was pretty crowded. I still had a blast though. I plan on going to N* again this sunday by 830. Leaving DC/SF at 430am. Got room for two! well kind of, the rear legroom is very little so if you don't mind being uncomfortable you can hitch a ride.

I rode Bear Valley last Fri & Sat...
lower mtn + up to a foot & a half of pow =
I rode Fri w/ my best friend, his bro-in-law, his co-worker & one of our other buddies. The intermediates of the group got their @$$3$ handed to 'em in Snow Valley. So much so that me & my friend's co-worker were halfway thru our 2nd run in the Grizzly Bowl when they finally got to the bottom from the time we all dropped into the lower mtn.
On Sat, me, OneManArmy's brother & his co-worker rode fr: 7:30 to last chair. We paid 20 bux extra for their First Tracks session to get an hour headstart. Even though we didn't have completely fresh pow nor the luxury of a high-speed lift on the frontside, the snow from Tue/Wed's storm held up really well that having the mtn to ourselves was pretty sick! All day, we found a bunch of fun natural features to hit up... hips, rollers, tree jibs, rock drops, chutes. (This last part was to make OneManArmy even more jealous.)

I'm jonesin' to ride again (like 2mrw) but I've got too much to take care of before a wknd trip to Diego.
