That is exactly why in an earlier post I stated 'if and I emphasize IF the summary provided by davisvans is fairly accurate.' If he misrepresents what the company did, by all means there is a problem.

Much appreciated as all that would do is cause more controversy on this thread.

Explaining your side of the story when you first replied instead of waiting 2 days is probably the better route.

what are you, davisvan's denfense attorney? the mob mentality would have been to lynch him while drunk, with no basis of fact or any sort of real reason other than moving on heresay.

the thing is, most people chose to wait until they read some more to post. i'm sure if you had read really clearly, like you claim, you would have seen that i waited to post. obviously missed that, but that's fine. 4 pages is a lot to read.

i-club is a community whether the majority flame or praise anything anybody says or does. a forum is a community of members.

however, it's not about me and you arguing or calling each other names or ragging on each other's posts.

what this is down to is, is between davisvan and mpj, and people trying to get down to what really happened. unfortunately, that probably may never happen. but when you post something on a forum, it's automatically open to debate, unless the thread is locked.

let's just let them handle it out and stop arguing with other members. i apologize if what i says offends you, but if you wanna dish it out, be prepared to take it.

this is so true, and if the shop for some reason cant send back a defective part to the suplier, they shouldnt even be dealing with them

from just reading this thread, the responses by mpj and uk noob have been very unprofessional and i would never go to them now
mpj should have just got in contact with him and not continued this publicly. and uk noob shouldnt have even chimed in

i know lots of people have nothing but good things to say about mpj cuz they ship them their stuff, but the posts by mpj as a business should not be written the way they are.

i dont blame him at all for just wanting to get rid of it and not even deal with them any more.

gb comes out smelling like a rose tho for offering to look at it again.

point is, at least two customers lost

How have my posts been unprofessional based on the fact that I am not a business nor anything to do with MPJ?

I simply stated what the original poster had said and referenced why I felt he would not get much support, if me personally posting that on a public forum is unprofessional then I guess your right.

no, it's your association with gruppe-s that makes your sarcasm in some of your posts unprofessional.

Sorry mate my sarcasm is what makes me well me, my posting here has nothing to do with Gruppe-S whatsoever. If you deem that unprofessional then fine.

would it be different if Mike worked for Sony or Frito Lay or Playboy?

Everyone has a job, the job Mike has shouldn't be the reason you think he is unprofessional....last time I checked Gruppe-s wasn't the same company as MPJ.

Just because it's an open thread doesn't mean you have to post useless crap. Unless ofcourse you want to be a postwhore.

Exactly, so why are you acting as a defense attorney and posting?

lets just close this thread, so much negative comments, even from the venders, if mpj wants to call me a liar, so be it.
but did i not buy the sway bar from them?
did their tech not try to installed the bar?
did he not said it wont fit?
did they offter to exchange the bar? (if they did, i wouldn't have complained)

if Soren can read correctly, i said your tech quoted that the bar seems like it was suppose to be for another car. all i mention was the bar didnt fit my car.
i also thank the people who supported free review even tho it was a negative one.

mike, from a customer standpoint it just doesnt look good if i kno you work at gruppe-s and you post sarcastic stuff like that. why would i bring my car to you if i think you are gonna say stuff like that? it is just well known that you work there and it cant be avoided.

02blackwrx, thats why it is unprofessional, or just bad for business for him to post like that. and no, mpj and gruppe-s arent the same company.

dredizzle, well, you type tough, so that probably means you are a....well, nevermind....its easier to just call you stupid rather than explain
and now dredizzle you can reply with your bull**** that i know you will reply with....meathead

Sad to see this happen, but I've seen it before don't give up on your car. Not all shops operate like this.
