Gino made a reply to you. I just saw it as a good follow up by a great vendor.

you didn't even bother to give them a phone call... if it was that important to you, maybe a phone call would help.

sorry about your situation, but there is a such thing as a bad customer.

however, i'm not saying you are one.

but i hope the situation resolves well for you. good luck.

and mpj + 1 in my book.

they never bother to give me a call, and i never said anything about this being important, this was supose to be a review. Honestly, it doesnt matter what the out come is. i dont care if they exchange it or not, and to prove it to you, the first person to pm me, get the sway bar for free. i'll give you the address to my shop to pick it up on monday.
once again, this is solely a review. i am not looking for any kind of Community support

Nor should you be entitled to any community support with the attitude you come across with in your post.

I think I am speak for everyone here that MPJ has one of their best services in the bay area. They are known to give the best service and no shady business. At first when I saw your conversion w/ Soren, that is so not true. I have dealt with him for a long time and he is the example of what good customer service is. They might have one or two employee that is not about to make decision about your problem, but you should have talked to the owner first at least.

Why would someone want a sway bar that doesn't fit their car...

when have i done to become a bad customer? what did i do for you guys to start flaming on me? this was suppose to be a review, and why is everybody +1 for MPJ, +1 for soren?? what difference does it make? i was just stating facts, and btw, it was easy to them to say "we waited, but no show or called", i have to work too, but nobody bother to ask before they start putting negative comments.
does anyone truly think that Philip would have call me back if i have not put this review?

did he say he was going to call you back? just because you work, you can't give them a 1-2 minute phone call on your break?

people are flaming you because you're not really doing anything to close the situation. you came here stating MPJ was bad and they should correct something, then they responded, and you didn't follow up.

no one is saying you're a bad customer, but why even post this review if you're not actively seeking closure? a review is going to get comments, and i-club is a member supported community, so there's going to be feedback. if you don't care about the feedback, just don't post at all and give them another call.

just a thought.

like you said, this is a member supporting community, i'm just telling other members that theres other choices. like gruppe-s or subydude, btw, subydude has the best customer service in the area.

There was me thinking that you were writing a review of how MPJ Performance operates and treated you (and perhaps looking for a resolution!) and really your letting us all know about the other equally great vendors in the area.

Good Job!

if they're all equally great, how do one decide on which vendor to go to? you're just funny

if you're worried about others and their choices, why did you say this:
