Hello there, this is Gino of GBmotorspoprts (intsall side) If you dont mind, can you stop by tomorrow and I can take a look at it. I did not see the fitment but my mechanic did. I may have a second opinion on this situation and make things right for Soren and make you happy.

anytime tomorrow will be fine.

lets all cool down and let me see what can be done for a fix, we never leave anyone hanging

Gino

I don't think the sway was installed by GB Motorsports (MPJ doesn't do installs IIRC)

Sounds like he tried to install them on his own.

Angry same problem

i got a 05 wrx n i have the same problem but its with the rear sway ... subydude sold me a perrin rear sway and endlinks ... and when i went to install it ... it hits my control arm when i go over a bump. When i went to get info they said they'll call me back or get some info and nothing has happened in like 2 going on 3 weeks. perrin has big issues with their sways fitting the 04-05 and i think the vendors should do someting about it. im in the same boat and i feel u ... it really sucks. i will not buy from perrin again ... but it does suck when someone tells you it'll fit and it doesn't then won't help you after the fact to get the problem resolved

okay, just to clarify... WE did not install the unit but want to help, MPJ did sell it but my tech (GB) looked at it and all I want is a second opinion/look with my own eyes on the fitment issues so we can help. Wont hurt to have 2 sets of eyes.

Rezie,

From my experience Perrin has had good customer service. My cousin gave me a new perring fuel rail that he accidently took apart. I shipped it to them and they shipped me a brand new one overnight for free.

Hey Josh,

I was there the day you came by the shop when Gagan and I looked at your car. We do not install parts here but from both of our views the bar did looked to be install correctly and did not touch on the settings you had it on. You said it was only contacting when you put the bar on the stiffest setting (24mm) I said I would contact perrin and then get back to you. I called perrin right after you left and left a message, they contacted me back the day after and said they have never seen this issue with an 05 wrx but would like to see pictures with it setup on 24mm. I then contacted you again and left a message for you to install it on 24mm and take pictures, I still haven't heard back from you...

Hey Rezie,

As Davon said, he left you a message asking for pix.

We were following the procedure Perrin told us to go with.

We are not leaving you out in the dry, we offered to try to fix it and we called Perrin, they said they need pix in order to proceed so as soon as we get pix with the bar installed at the stiffest setting we'd be glad to follow through with this for you

Hey Josh,

Yes I handled your support ticket myself. I gave you a call once I saw the support post and asked what the reason was for returning the bar. You said you didnt feel like running a front bar and I accepted that as we do take re-turns on brand new parts. I said as long as you had the original packaging we would take the bar back and the front endlinks. We were able to take back the front endlinks as you had the box. You never mentioned anything about installing the front bar or fitment issues with the front to me. If you had tried to install the front bar and were unable to I would have contacted Perrin just like I did with the issue you are having with the rear.

Hey Rezie,

As Davon said, to process a return we need the original packaging, I didn't realize that you didn't have it when I first read this
