not stolen either. I think the driver had a small warrant and ran from the cops. lost the cops and then crashed.

There are plenty of dudes w/ blue rex's and gold/bronze wheels....
Rob (rmanthon) probably knows the name but I'm sure he's not allowed to share. Well, -1 for not being stolen...

These things aren't mistakes.

Have you ever looked at the definition of "mistake?"
perhaps you should....or would you prefer I spell it out for you?
do what you do....feel what you feel. The kid ****'d up. He died. Now his family and friends have to deal with it. That is sad. I do feel for the kid/guy that he will not have the opportunity to learn from his "mistakes" and grow from judgement errors.
I am very glad no one else was injured or killed.

all i know is, if he did not run and speed away from the cops and surrendered, this would not have happend. Stupid or not, mistake or error, its just plain WRONG and nothing good would come out of it.
i feel sorry for him/and his family...bonehead or not, he was still just like one of us

Relax, just stating my opinion.
I think running from the cops is more than a mistake. I also feel for his family and friends, but not for him. He made his decision and he paid for it. I'm sure you would feel a little differently if he had hit and killed someone you cared about when he made his 'mistake'.

but if that happens, i would probably be able to "Let God, and let live..."
hate, anger, revenge, etc in order to cope would only pull me down...the majority says it brings closure to the tragedy...i think it just worsens and prolongs it
i know...easier said than done

Man this isn't good. Without a doubt we know this guy. I have been in protest to these Wed. night brewHau's. Every Wed these guys go out and get trashed in Santa Clara. That would be just about the time they would be leaving too. This really sucks. All of you making these careless comments should be ashamed. People do stupid things, everyone of us has been guilty. We shake our heads in disappointment, but this guy IS part of our local club. Let's try to be a little decent about this.

wow, I didn't know the full details when I started the thread. Regardless of the situation, someone lost a son, brother and a friend. God Bless and RIP.
I live right by there and drive past the scene everyday, I will never look at it the same again.
