I have just purchased a 02 Subaru WRX 3 weeks ago, Unfortunately I was cut off by bright multicolored convertible Dodge Viper on Saturday in San Jose CA causing me to swerve and fish tail across 3 lanes and run into the center divide (On 280 S about 5:15pm). Posting a thread b/c I remember seeing a 02-03 Rally Blue WRX behind me. And praying that he saw the Viper and the accident cause at this point I am responsible for the crash, until I can prove different. If anyone has any info, please message me. Also if you have seen a mutlicolored (Custom Paint Job with Blue, Red, and Orange Graphics) Dodge Viper with plate "VPR SRT" or something of the sort. if you could send me any info that would be great.

If you didn't make contact with it, you are responsible.

Zoeb is right, I think we had a similar story on BAIC about a subie being run off the road into a ditch on the freeway or something along those lines, and it turned out to be his fault because he didnt make contact..sux
