AutoX gurus please help me classify my car please!

So I'm having the track bug, and I want to try AutoX out for something different and to get more seat time. I've been looking at the rule books trying to figure out what class my FRS would fall in but its giving me a headache and I still don't have a clue .. So if some of you AutoX Vets can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it .

Here are the mods I have on my car. I don't really care what class I fall under, just want to get out and race.

MY2009 WRX rear sway bar-16mm
Kartboy solid endlinks
Cusco trailing arm brace
Cusco 1.3bar high pressure radiator cap
K&N high flow filter
Cusco Front-Strut-Tower-Bar-Type-OS-w-Master-Cylinder-Brace
Cusco oil catch can
Cusco sports shift ****
Cusco blue side brake button
Whiteline rear subframe bushings
Whiteline positive traction kit
Greddy oil drain magnate
HKS oil cooler
Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs
Cusco engine grounding kit
Invidia mid pipe (second cat delete)
Cusco rear diff support/brace
Tires I'll be running will be Hankook V12s
Also have a Shcroth Rally 3 4 point harness.

Not looking to really take any parts off. Hoping there's a class I could just run in.. Maybe the unlimited class? Idk.

Thanks iclub!

You can run in OSP street tire class. OSP is a local (anything goes) class.

Based off what I see on your car, you can actually run T2-SM which is a better indexing then T2-OSP. T2-OSP makes it pretty hard to be competitive in that group. G-Ride or Gagan can probably double check but I think T2-SM works for your car.

If you weren't thinking of competing for points you could just do fun runs and then class doesn't matter.

Well, SM/T2-SM or OSP/T2-OSP will work. T2-SM would give him a better chance if he wants to compete for points.

Yeah I probably wouldn't be able to race enough to where points would matter. Just want to get seat time. But I am pretty competitive so I probably run in a real class just to see where I stand.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll chat with Gagan when I find a event date I can make.

Yes, I believe this knocks him out of it in to SM or higher: Whiteline positive traction kit

I'm not completely sure about the positive traction kit, but the master cylinder brace and oil cooler are not STX legal. Currently there isn't a specified *SP class for the BRZ/FR-S, so that leaves SM and the local-only OSP classes.

Hey guys, don't want to steal this thread but maybe you can help me too. I usually run just for fun, not points (with Lotus club, not SCCA) but it would be good just to know where I'm

09 STI with following mods:
Stage2+ built with intake, headers and etc. running E85 tuned (stock VF48 turbo).

RCE Black Springs/GTWORX Bilsteins
WL 24mm FSB and 22mm RSB
WL rear subframe and diff bushing inserts
WL Street ALK with front WL bushing in LCA
WL Steering rack bushings
GroupN Motor and Tranny mounts
WL COM C offset front top mounts (-2 deg front camber).

Hankook RS3 stock size tires but planning to get RS3 in 275/35-18 size

Does brake mods effect points too?

Thanks!

Anti-Lift Kit bumps you into SM/T2-SM

What apetron said. When you say built motor, are we talking about non-stock internals? Brakes can affect your class too.

G_Ride, Aperton, thanks!

Yes, non-stock internals (pistons, rods, bearings). Also PnP heads with non-OEM valve springs.

Stock brake calipers, SS lines, Master Cylinder Brace, non-OEM pads and rotors.
