If anything, I'm more worried about the OL. We haven't had a good OL for atleast 15 years.

Lost Iupati/Davis (which was a shocker to me). Both guys drafted in the same draft and stepping into the prime if not already there and now gone.
Niners should take the Dallas route and get back to there. Any team, whether defense/offense needs the line to anchor. A good line will give you something to build on, if that line is terrible everything else falls apart. It's like taking away the roots of a tree. I still remember the mocking Jerry got for grabbing a Center first round, now he's looking like a genius cuz that line made it much easier for Murray to become the man.

It's going to be a tough one defensively. I'm super bummed about Aldon. really love him as a player it's a damn shame he can't get his act together off the field. The first one should have been a wake up call. I really hope his time off the field here turns him around, regardless of where he might end up eventually. Really hope he comes back sometime
It's going to be an interesting season. Offensively, I'm curious about the line, who knows how that's going to look. plenty of weapons. Highlights of Hayne are looking solid in camp, should be fun.
Couple building years I guess now. A positive season would be a gift

At this point I'd be pretty shocked to see a 9-7 Season out of them (or anything above that).
I still don't see this year's team being better than 6-10 to 8-8 at this point.
Though, if they completely fall apart and end up worse than that I don't think anybody would be surprised.

Unless Kaep somehow puts up 30pts a game I see it hard for the Niners too. I'd be surprised at anything over 8-8. Wouldn't be surprised at 3-13 either. Tons of guys lost, 13 starters at the moment, and with the way everything's gone I even expect an injury or two before the season starts to really put them down in the dumps.
The question is, will the 49ers win more games than the Raiders this year?

On 95.7 The Game they were mentioning that the 49ers (before losing Aldon Smith) had already lost enough player to account for 37% of the Total Snaps played last season. I'd imagine that with Aldon gone now that must now be about 40% or above of the Total Snaps played last year is no longer on the team for this year. That is a crazy high amount of turnover.
It's really going to put the "Next Man Up" mantra to the test.
