I'd go as far as SF for Mt Hammy. I think T-Hill would be a bit too far. if its a BAIC meet, 100 miles above SRIC territory (800 mile round trip for use central coast folk) is a bit much.

I'm not much of a mountain driver (fear of heights), so any kind of flat ground is cool with me. If it's by the water, man, that'll be some nice shots for photos, and a cool breeze for hot weather.

Holland wants the meet @ a hotel room

Who wants to pitch in for a room & "room service" for him?

What was last years turnout car/parkingslot size? "The great lawn" on treasure island says it can park 200.

Hell, there are a few other "rentable" gathering areas on the island. I wonder if we can just straight up monopolize it. An island of subys!

Add the Fogwatch Picnic area (w/bbqs!) right next to the Great Lawn for another 75 parking spots.

Not really. The presidio's parking lot is literally the size of 2 football fields. I would say it could easily hold 500 cars if not more. There is also plenty of grassy areas right next to the parking lot for activities. The view is great.

Although all roads that lead to that parking lot are single lane roads only, there are multiple ways of getting to the parking lot from different sides, all within 10 minutes of each other once u enter the presidio.

With Alameda, you could probably set up a make shift race track/ auto cross or drag race style thingy. I was looking at the pics... and yeah...
