Ever since we put my uppipe in, my car has not started three times in the past week. The battery is draining or something. WHen it starts, though, my car is running VERY strong with the new uppipe.
A second symptom is that my dome light and the two little lights in front of it are kind of pulsing in a weak manner when the car is on, if I turn them on. The headlights are doing this too. Is there something wrong with my electical system or is my battery dying?
I hope I found the problem, as two nights ago I looked under my hood and noticed my battery fluid was below the "Low mark." SO I filled it to the top line with distilled water.
Please offer any advise or ideas and I will keep tis post updated if the situation changes at all.

make sure your battery cables are fastend tightly, i know it sounds dumb, but i had a loose positive wire once and it caused similar problems.

i had a problem where my battery cable wasnt tight enough on my battery and i couldnt get it to start (hand tight). give that a shot too...

 

thanks for the advis guys , I'll see how my car is working and try that if it doesnt start again.
