This video shows how software (skills) will always be more important than hardware (gear).

Notice he isn't even running an optic on that rifle.

It'd be interesting to see what he can do with a bulletin button and 10-round mags.

Rimfire, so doesn't need it. Presumably, providing it is a standard AR platform (which it certainly looks like), one could convert it to a larger caliber fairly easily and still keep it legal

Haven't verified, but comes 10rd, so I presume they would only do that if it was intended for restricted markets such as Ca. I will check DOJ.

K, so talked to Reeds about it and they said it might need a special exemption to be brought into Ca. Does not need bullet button because it is rimfire, but it may not meet some other handgun specs.

Even if it's rimfire, something has to return the BCG. I wonder how they do it?

Just bought my first AR, a M&P-15T.

Anyone want to teach me how to shoot?

It's blowback operated, just like 9mm AR's. It's not direct impingement or piston operated, so there's no way to convert a dedicated .22lr weapon to 5.56

My MP15 is .22LR also and has no buffer tube. *just pulled it and the BCG has a spring integral with it to cycle.
