So are prices expected to come down at all in the next month? The scare is gone, but the limited supply remains.

When I was at a gun shop in Washington they had +30 AR15's that were all decently prices. Even here in Cali the prices and availability of rifles are getting better.

Ammo on the other hand is a completely different story.

Just came from Reeds and they had a few ARs as well. Didn't check prices, but the fact that they were there says something considering practically everything else is sold out.

Hmmm interesting indeed...hopefully it will actually be informative and not just a one sided, biased, and bitter witch hunt now that the legistation against it failed.

From what I saw, it seemed pretty decent.

But I am hoping its pretty neutral and non biased for either side. Just facts.

I'm new to this but the prices didnt seem bad. What do you guys think of a CMMG lower and a Delton upper?

How much will you be paying for it? Neither CMMG or Delton are top tier AR brands, so don't pay exorbitant prices for one. If you can get a good deal and if it's going to be used primarily as a range toy, then you should be fine.

The real issue these days is finding ammo.

im actually looking at buying a delton upper because they are cheap, looking at a few hundred dollars. My friend was talking to me today and hes selling one of his aimpoints. The sight used is going to cost more then my upper that i havent even purchased yet, but im going to buy it anyways lol.

That price would be a no go for me. Colt's MSRP on the 6920 (which is considered the Gold Standard of AR15's) was $1050 last year.

I wouldn't pay more than $650 for a commercial grade frankenstein AR.

If anything, just buy the CMMG complete lower for now and get a quality upper for it. https://danieldefense.com/upper-rece...no-sights.html

^^I think that's a steal in todays crazy prices. Near impossible to find an AR for $650 now.
