I saw our old buddy John today on my way to work. He was out in front of the School for the Deaf next to Walnut. He had pulled over a white DSM, driver standing out next to it, hood open. Poor guy. there was a lot of non-stock looking red stuff in there.

Update:

Dad went to court, judge said somethin' like "The car is already fast, why do you need to upgrade?"
Blah blah blah...

In the end, a 10 dollar fee total. Which means 4 infractions for 10 bux each would have been more, but now it's only 10 total for all infractions. Haha =P. NO $450 Now!

Judge name = Foland.
White judge, pimp guy. =)

Your hood is theirs. And they usually ask "May I just search and look into your car?" and I guess you could say "no" and then you'd have more to hassle with.

It would **** them off that you didn't comply, but you have the legal right to deny their request unless they have a warrant.
