Rosette off the streets ? ! ? ! ?
I heard from a friend that Rosette is off the streets . . . my friends driving school teacher said that Rosette is off the streets now because someone went into court and said that he targets young adults and teenagers too pull over. anyone know if this is true ? ! ?

he's employing his latest tactic ... spreading rumors that he's off the streets so he can sneak up on even more kids. That guy is a predator.
Kinda like when Punk'd said it wasn't going to do a 3rd season, but did anyway so no one would suspect it.

OMG a cop who does his job and cites people for ILLEGAL modifications is off the streets! It's about time! We don't want cops to cite us for breaking the law! YAY! You gotta pay to play, if you don't want him to **** with you, drive your car stock.

The man is a complete bastard. It's not just a matter of doing his job..he's way way overboard.
Like pulling over a 1963 bel air for being too low and for not having a front lisense plate. Oh...and making him pop his hood...for "illegal" mods.....on a smog exempt vehicle....
or writing up bogus smog violation tickets. Or hanging out right across the street of local high schools busting every kid he can.
He targets...flat out.
