F*ck..just got pulle dover by the cop Rosette in Fremont for having catylictic coverters removed off my car, modified exhaust, and sidemarkers removed (i have an 04 wrx with headlight mod..) any advice?.. wow hes such a jerk.. after he pulled me over he pulled over like a 7 year old kid (im guessing for not having his helmet on while riding his bike)..... Im suppose to contact and go see the State Referee. Any advice at all will help.. thanks.

search for rosette on iclub. I know someone who got pulled over by him a while back. Or more like his dad got pulled over and got cited the same.

 

everyone gets pulled over by that *****.

It's fine to have a cop that's gungho on doing his job but rosette does what he does because he's an *** hole.

i used to work at chevron formerly on mission blvd. I'd tell people to slow down when I knew rosette was out. I've seen him pull someone over then stand on the side of the road and wave multiple people over and write 4/5 tickets at once.

he pulled me over for exhaust. he was at a signal next to me on a left red light turn. i guess mine is loud- i had a hks hiper (just got used yesterday and installed yesterday with a kinda fat leak) i was on my way to fix it actually.. after Ohlone College.
So basically i have to switch everything back to stock before seeing the state referee right? It wouldnt matter if i switched to greddy evo (passing deci) and stock downpipe wrapped up in thermal (to make it look like i had those on there before when i got pulled over and said i had those to see it as a mistake)?..

 

If you need advice talk to Paul....he is an i-club member that is very familiar with this type of stuff and might be able to get you out of it.

His name on i-club is View Askew and him AIM name is cuscoEJ20 (even though he doesnt have cusco parts on his car)

Ha! Fortunate for you brotha', he's rarely in the centerville/niles area... though he has been known to be in that area (I got own3d by him just north of centerville!bah!). He's usually in the mission/automall area. I hope he dies.

 

don't know if it's changed but last time I knew he was like in the area between like...driscoll area on mission and all the way down to 680....past ohlone.

Guys a ******. personally I think he's a racist ****er and should have been disciplined a lot harder than he was a couple years back. But hey..he makes the city a crap load of money so it's overlooked.

 

He is an *******. My friend was driving 35mph in a 35mph zone and got pulled over for loud exhaust. Rosette gave him a state ref ticket as well. Also he would sit outside of mission highschool this year and give alot of tint tickets. I know of 2 people having to remove their tint and one car only had 50% in the front, thats barely even noticable during the day.

 

is it legal to take a picture of the cop pulling you over?
That would be classic to get a pic of him at your window and past "0WN3D!" on it!
