with rosette you don't have to have any noise at all...you could be freaking parked and idling and he'd give you a modified exhaust ticket. He's one of those ****** that thinks he knows all about modified cars. One of the street racer task force wannabes or some crap.

my mind is foggy but I'm pretty sure it was him... back in the day...at mission valley coffee roasting. One of the employees comes in....chats a bit. makes my latte. like 15/20 minutes goes by. Cop comes in...mind is telling me it was rosette but this was years ago. Comes in and says...who's black civic is that. (civic hatch..91.lowered) employees car..name slips my mind. he says mine, why? Rosette has him come out side and they start chatting....wrote him a ticket for throwing a cigerette out of his car at a stop light. 20 freakin minutes earlier.

I talked to the employee and he said it wasn't even lit..he stamped it out.

guys just a dick..many many cops don't even like him.

I've been sitting at work and reading this thread, and went out to lunch all scared to get pulled over by this freak. So while picking up food at Round Table (on Washington Blvd in Fremont), 1 motorcycle cop rolls into the lot, and enters round talble, then 2 more follow. They were pretty cool and talked to me about my car, etc, and I asked them if they knew Rosette, all 3 of them did, and one of the cops just got transfered from Sonoma, lol. They basically said the same thing about him, like all of you said. He's an a$$ and won't listen to anything you say, and they cops also added that "cops like him make us look bad, even though he's doing what he's supposed to"

I agree. I don't hope he dies, he is just technically doing his job. But there are always exceptions to the rule and he doesn't HAVE to give tickets for many of the "violations" that he does. My brother was a cop, and he said that any REAL cop will only pull you over for the small **** if they think they can use it as an excuse to bust you for real **** (ie warrents, stolen car, etc.) Does this guy honestly try and convince his friends and family that he is making this world a better place?

GREAT! i just got a speedin ticket too aha.... now i have 2 yellow papers in my wallet. I really feel like im collecting tickets. This was like 2 min away from my other Exhaust incident too. Sorry i had to vent since i had nothing else to do. Was going 50 for a few sec (to speed up cause i like being nice and not cutting directly in front of someone) when speed limit was 35. Of course Im gonna have to find someway to fight it. At least it wasn't Rosette this time or else I wouldve pretended i was blind, deaf, and retarded when he comes to my window to give him a hard time.
