Sounds like fun. I searched for the location bit cannot find it. Please let me know where it will be held and I will swing by.

I may show up for a little bit later on before I head home... maybe. If you hear a loud white 04 wagon come in with JDM fogs and no roof rails... probably me. Come say hi.

One thing that's hard to remember is that just because someone says it on a forum it doesn't make it gospel. I ask questions every now and again on the forums but I generally follow that up with in person questions to folks I trust and some searching. And not everyone is going to agree... another reason that lots of research helps. LOL.

Hopefully I'll see you around. Make sure you come out to BAM and say hi.

TD04 + 2.5L = extremely peaky.

I suggest if you can find a VF52 (09+wrx turbo) get that a turboback exhaust and tune it. Power levels will be extremely satisfactory for daily use. Seems to be these set ups like intakes too. My Legacy definitely did. Also.... If you do tune the car, beware, the intercooler likes to blow the end tanks off, happened to me twice. (Some experienced this at stock boost)

I meant hatchback for sure. I made the mistake of bringing the wife so I had to bail at around 10 or suffer never hearing the end of it.

You're right. Was likely sometime after 1130 when we got there as we didn't roll out fr Union City til at least a half hour past the A's post-game show, which ended 1145-ish.

Yup, those early generation Imprezas (GG's) are technically hatchbacks. But, as a bugeye owner, I'm just used to the naming system used for the US-releases. For stubborn folk like me, the "hatch" didn't arrive here til the redesigned '08 body style. Prior to that, the jargon was compact sports "wagon."
