I use bluetooth about 50-70% of the time. I don't understand the point of people using speaker phone and holding the phone.... THAT'S STILL ILLEGAL DUDE!
My brother in law got pulled over for being on his cell phone by CHP. He told the CHP it was an ipod not a cell phone. The CHP asked him if he always switched songs by holding his ipod up to his ear. After some back and forth my brother in law finally looked at the now angry CHP and said.... Sir. I am a law enforcement officer and I would not lie to you.
He let him go after telling him next time just start the conversation off with that information... but it was much more colorfully expressed.
man... I think that's the one major perk of being in law enforcement.
