It's a standard CMOY altoids tin amp like you can find on ebay. My cousin built the amp and I supplied the housing. Luckily I had the nifty tin from awhile back, I knew it would come in handy for something.

For encoding I use audio grabber with the LAME codec set at high level VBR.

 

ya the e2c's i have had 3 types of sleeves, soft rubber, thick rubber, and orange foam... i like the orange foam a lot more than the yellow foam on the e3c's. seems softer.

 

i use cdex, been the best so far for me.

 

Just got in on that Dell deal for the E3c's. I was able to get two of them. Now i need to find someone to buy my MDR ES71's and ES51's. Any offers ? The 71's were just opened and tried for a second because i thought the ES51's broke, it turned out that my creative zen micro broke and not the headphones.

I think the deal is dead! The folks over in Anandtech were *****ing that the deal is dead!
